1. Horse finished out of money in last start.
2. Horse won a race in last four starts.
3. Horse must be moving up in class this race.
4. Distance of winning race must be within 1 furlong of today's distance.
5. The horse's most recent race must be on the same track circuit where the horse is competing today.
