Tossing a Hint System

In this system, the horse you wager on will have tossed a hint of approaching form by leading or running not more than one length of the leader at the pre-stretch call of its most recent race. The horse must not have finished in the money in either of its last two races. This will ensure good odds.

In addition to the above rules, the horse must show a significant drop in odds in the last race.
