1. Horse must show signs of life in most recent race (early speed, gain of four lengths or more from first call to stretch call or gain of four lengths from pre-stretch call to finish).
2. Horse must be running today in same class or lower than last race.
3. Horse must have had “blowout” workout (3-4 furlongs) within three days of today’s race.
