1. Horse must be 3-7 years old.
2. Horse must be dropping at least 5 pounds from last race and not carryng more than 111 pounds today.
3. Horse must have raced in last 45 days.
4. Lasix must be used today
5. Horse must be running in higher class or a different surface today
6. Different jockey must be up.
7. Odds must be 12-1 or higher.
