Play only Maiden Special Weight horses that are lightly raced (one or two starts) whose previous races were all MSW.
The MSW horse must have been on a layoff of at least 45 days.
Do not play shippers or restricted state bred races.
Require a competent trainer (one who has a minimum of 12% or better win rate.)
