1. Eliminate all horses except the three with the fastest 1/2 mile time in their most recent race.
2. The horse must have worked at least 8 furlongs in the past 30 days (races count)
3. A good jockey (>15% wins) must be aboard.
4. Eliminate if the horse lost to lesser rivals (maiden claimers).
5. Horse must have lost by 7 lengths or more and/or finished 7th or worse in last start.
