Approaching Sharp Condition

In its most recent race, the horse must have been leading at the pre-stretch call or have gained at least three running positions between the first call and the finish with its beaten lengths no more than the number of lengths the horse was off at the leader at the first call. If two horses are qualified, bet the one with the highest class race last start.
